Manager - Program Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
· Support day‑to‑day program operations by keeping budgets, timelines, and documentation organized, updated, and aligned with business cases.
· Track program and PD financials, highlight variances early, and provide clear visibility on spend, commitments, and expected outlook.
· Maintain structured documentation for all programs and ensure review materials, decisions, and updates are ready for stakeholders when needed.
· Prepare simple, reliable dashboards and status reports that help leadership understand progress, issues, and upcoming requirements.
· Monitor annual goals, KPIs, and performance indicators across programs to ensure follow‑through and timely updates.
· Keep oversight of headcount, resource needs, and time tracking to support planning and remove operational gaps.
· Work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to keep programs moving smoothly and with fewer surprises.
