Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- To have knowledge on NVH integration activities of vehicle NVH, Air intake system, Exhaust System, Internal External noise, Pass-by Noise, as well as respective regulations
- To provide NVH full vehicle solutions from benchmarking, targets setting through development and verification.
-  To reduce structure-borne/ air borne road noise and vibration through principle components and modal analysis, chassis component and system optimization, and point & body dynamic stiffness optimization
-  To reduce exterior engine and road noise through Pass-by acoustic transfer optimization
- To reduce powertrain noise and vibration - Base engine design, Transmission, Clutch and Driveline design, Powertrain mount tuning, Bracket stiffness & development
-  To perform single-reference transfer path and running mode analysis; Intake, exhaust, PAS, Cooling, HVAC and ancillary isolation
- To optimize Intake and Exhaust contribution, normally aspirated and pressure-charged power-units with multiple driving mode differentiation
- To follow AML Programme Control System (AMPC) process and ensure all required information and actions are completed within requested time

B.E./ B Tech in Mechanical Engineering

General Requirements

• Knowledge on AMPCS or equivalent product creation process (GPDS, FPDS).
• Knowledge of LMS Test.Lab, HEAD ArtemiS, or GFaI Acoustic Camera Noise Image.
• Knowledge of state of the art NVH development techniques including latest hardware and software development tools.
• Extensive automotive experience in NVH development and issue mitigation and experience of working in NVH test environment.
