Manager - Vehicle Integration

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead vehicle packaging analysis; coordinate with all modules to resolve assembly and inter‑module interaction issues
• Drive vehicle architecture selection and design; strong capability in vehicle ergonomics analysis (RAMSIS, CAVA, etc.) with hands‑on experience in CAB design and solid BIW, GSM, and trim design knowledge
• Own implementation of ECR/ECN across vehicle revisions, ensuring complete and multi‑level updates to vehicle CAD models and drawings
• Collaborate with cross‑functional modules to track part and drawing release status and ensure adherence to overall vehicle release timelines
• Manage complete EBOM and MBOM; ensure cross‑functional data control and governance aligned to project gateway deliverables
• Review and validate release documents including 3D/2D checklists, DFA, DFM, DFMEA, and related artifacts
• Plan and coordinate vehicle builds from prototype to production, resolve build issues, drive cost‑reduction initiatives, and compile IQC data

General Requirements

• Strong vehicle integration and product development expertise with deep understanding of vehicle systems, architecture, drawings, assemblies, and end‑to‑end PD cycle delivery.
• Advanced digital capability in CATIA V5, Teamcenter (PDM), RAMSYS, and CAVA, with hands‑on experience in packaging proposals, DMU analysis, BOM management, and ECR/ECN change control.
