Program Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Execute system‑level engineering delivery to meet platform TCP targets 

• Own timely closure of engineering deliverables for assigned systems 

• Drive system‑level target drill‑down with CoEs, suppliers and manufacturing 

• Ensure on‑time, quality release of drawings, CAD and VP with minimal rework 

• Close ORCs and engineering decisions within agreed timelines and scope 

• Facilitate technical collaboration across Validation, Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, CDMM, STA, Proto Build, Quality and Homologation 

• Monitor system‑level progress, flag risks or deviations, and enable timely corrective actions 

• Document action items and rigorously track closure of agreed actions 

• Execute system level trade offs within delegated limits and escalate deviations to PEH
