Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'1]Perform simulations and calibration of Electric vehicle control system functions for performance and driving range
2]Perform Vehicle level  simulations and calibration of functions related to Torque Path, drivebaility, thermal management and energy management.
3]Simulation & Calibration of pedal map, creep control, adaptive cruise control, tip-in/tip-out, Acceleration, ABS/ESP Intervention, speed limitation, Torque limits at different test conditions
4]Perform simulation and calibration of Battery management system (BMS) functions
5]Coordinate with other departments such as architecture, software development & validation teams to ensure achievement of simulation and calibration goals.
6. Know how on Diagnostics protocols and implementation till production
 

Experience

2 to 8 Years

Industry Preferred

Automotive OEM R&D, Automotive Simulation and Calibration Solution Providers, TIER 1 System Design Houses (Bosch, Continental, Delphi, AVL, FEV etc.)

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automotive/Mechanical/Power Electronics

General Requirements

1] Ability to interface with teams from multiple domains - embedded software, battery management, traction control

2] Aware of automotive standards specific to vehicle performance certification

3] Analytical ability to create optimization methods and techniques
