Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To plan & execute Vehicle level Dynamic Performance testing (Brakes, Acceleration, gradeability, Thermal mapping, Ride & handling)
• Preparation & instrumentation of Test Vehicles i.e. 3W (ICE &EV), 4W (ICE & EV)
• To test Instrument functional operations, hands on with Multi channel CAN & Serial DAQ, sensor like VBOX, IMC, e-DAQ /Oscilloscope / Power Analyser/ Digital & Analogue Sensors
• To coordinate with external testing & certifying agencies
• To carry out winter and summer testing trials at remote locations
• To acquire & analyse data, and generate required reports
• To process PR- PO and track for payments to external testing agencies
• To interact with Instrument agencies for new requirement & procurement
• To take initiatives for procurement process alignment with company process tools
• Knowledge of electrical components /System, Compliance global standards
• Knowledge in diagnostic tools- CAN & Analog Data acquisition / and knowledge in EV component and their functions.
• Knowledge of IS, AIS, EU and other relevant test standards.

Degree in Automobile/ Mechanical / Mechatronics

General Requirements

1) Knowledge of Vehicle CAN Protocols- OBD 2.0, 3.0
2) Ability to work with cross functional teams.
3) Desirable knowledge of overall vehicle level electrical architecture.
4) On hand experience in using CAN data loggers (Vector Canoe/ Cananalyser, Influx, Ipetronics, CSS 
5) DAQ - IMC, V Box, Agilent, Influx Loggers, Ipetronics, Thermo modules, 
6) Software Knowledge- Busmaster, IP Emotion, V Box suite, IMC devices, Vector Ver 10 and above (Cananalyser), N code
