Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Administering the channel sales operations with focus on achieving sales target and organizational growth
2. Leading a team of 5 members including Regional Export Managers Head (4), Sales Executive (1) and managing the International Business of Electric 3 Wheelers for Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd.
3. Preparing & achieving business Plan, EV market share, B2B sales, B2C sales, service & spares readiness, distributor identification, pilot & launch of electric 3W in international markets
4. Impacting organization profitability through effective strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development; spearheading P&L for LMM exports division
5. Administering market & competition analysis, distributor identification and selection of market based on various parameters
6. Working closely with Marketing, Customer Care Team & other functions and formulating GTM strategy for seamless execution
7. Ensuring legal compliance w.r.t. homologation / regulation framework
8. Collaborating with Product Planning, Enginnering, Quality & Vendors for working out CKD / SKD solutions 
9. Exploring localisation strategies in various countries to scale up business
