Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Able to translate product knowledge into customer language to improve frontline sales productivity 

Translate product knowledge into training content
1. Demonstrates deep understanding and passion for product 
2. Understands product - features & benefits, auto basics and advanced auto technology
3. Able to understand feature, attribute and benefits for the products
4. Co-creates modules with vendors by giving inputs on products 
5. Ensures complete knowledge transfer through module design 
6. Provides inputs for easy and engaging content delivery 
7. Regularly evaluates and updates the content being used for training delivery basis inputs from Product Planning, Brand & marketing etc. 

Train the trainer 
1. Trains the Trainer on basic understanding of global processes like CSI & SSI and significance of each parameter
2. Conducts TTT bootcamp for product launches 

Process adherence for capability building at dealerships
1. Process facilitation, implementation and review of different processes at dealership level 
2. Product wise Sales Stories, 6 Step DEMOs and Test Drives

Experience

7+ years in product, engineering, sales training and/ or pedagogy roles

Industry Preferred

EV/ auto / auto components 
Must have : Detailed knowledge about Automotive (product & technology)

Qualifications

BE (preferred) 
Training related certifications (preferred)
