Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Corporate Reporting & Budgets 
-  Preparation for Quarterly Board & Audit Meeting Presentation
- Preparation for Quarterly Finance Review with ED,  Monthly reviews with COE
- Enterprise Risk Management - Quarterly updates /  Review with ASEC & CRC
- Monthly Statutory Compliance certificate to Corporate Accounts
- Working on Quarterly analyst expectation & management responses
- Ensuring Implementation of processes & control in MEAL - taking base from M&M Processes

Support to M&M : 
- Financial Analysis of subsidiary (MEAL)
- Corporate Reporting related to MEAL

Project Management :
-Overseeing projects relating to cash flow, financial reporting, and revenue and expenses
-Assisting departments in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various projects
-Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on time
-Establishing appropriate internal controls and project governance
-Supporting design and execution of the implementation process, including business requirement gathering, process documentation and solutions design
-Implementing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to the new process

Experience

3 - 5 years of experience

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing industry (Automotive will be preferred) having turnover more than 500 Crs

Qualifications

CA will be preferred

General Requirements
