Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Market leadership: Establish the LMM vertical as the leading player in the personal segment
2. Volume & market share: Achieve the volume and market share targets for the personal category    
3. Brand preference: Create brand preference through effective positioning, marketing, and communication of the products' highlights
4. Cost efficiencies: Frugal and effective marketing to improve ROI, lower cost per enquiry, and cost per retail    
5. Product launches: Successful & impactful launch of new products in the segment by meeting the success matric criteria for the launches    
6. Customer insights: Understand the customers' aspirations and pain points to find the best way to create a desire for our products Integrated marketing: Ensure the seamless impact of the marketing efforts across functions - PR, Digital, BTL & others                           

7. Collaborator: Collaborate with all functions in the organization for achieving the best outcomes for the category

8. MIS: Ensure monthly/ quarterly/ annual MIS of the products is maintained with accuracy and on time            

Experience

 4 - 5 yrs. of experience in comparable industries
