Senior Engineer Build

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan and build DVP
Responsible for daily work management of proto vehicle build activities
Responsible for vehicle build process adherence
Responsible for build concern tracking and resolution
Coordinating with design team , vehicle integration , and internal shops to execute the planned action in projects
Responsible for build key deliverables as per MPDS guide lines
Participation in Design Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to design team by representing build team
Complete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to testing agency for design validation
Vehicle build quality evaluation
Vehicle repair and rework

4 to 6 Years
