Senior Engineer - Customer Insights

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Work closely with service & dealer associates 

2) Focusing on enhancing end to end customer experience

3) Bring Industry best practices to the Field issues management and enhance customer experience

4) Adopting and recommending appropriate steps/ actions based on customer inputs to improve process / efficiencies and global practices in a timely manner

5) Bringing new approaches to understand the customer response to the product quality & realibility

6) Detailed overview & reports preparation on the field quality issues

7) Maintain Adherance to MRV  CI norms, Adopting digital SQ initiatives, availability of necessary tools and equipments, updated diagnostic softwares

8) Understanding across Workshop Processes & Mgmt Systems -  Ensure process parameters in place at workshops, adhering to Business Development Process, DMS, QLIKVIEW, Shop Floor Process, defining Dealer Role Holder Responsibility, Review & Recognition, All KPI related date to be available and tracked.

9) Collaborate with Tekliner & cotek teams  to navigate issues

10) Handle MIS and program management

 

Experience

3-6 years

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
