AM/DM- Paint Shop Production

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensuring Safe working condition and identifying and closing unsafe conditions and frequent trainings on unsafe behaviors and actions.
• To ensure daily production and quality as per targets. Ensure material planning, shop inventory, production planning & execution for the shift. 
• To ensure zero losses and timely resolution of the quality concerns and other concerns.
• Fast and effective communication with the support department for resolution of the issues. i.e. stores, maintenance, Quality and other aggregates.
• Monitoring and closure of all the IR related issues on the line with the coordination with concern agencies.
• New model, PPAP and EN implementation on-line with proper documentation ..
• To ensure the DWM of respective shift including all PQCDSM parameter and timely action on the concerns.
• To achieve the targets of cost saving, Ideas per person, QC story.
• Adhering requirements related to TS, OHSAS, TPM , TMW and other various applicable audits.
• Monitoring and reduction in Paint, Thinner, FOS, consumables and stores items used on line.
• Timely closure of line balancing issues with Industiral Engg Dept.
• Actively participation in innovation drive and to ensure maximum innovation projects.
• Training and development of cell members in line with the requirement of the organization
• Shift scheduling, absenteeism controls to ensure volume wise and model wise schedule adherence of production & dispatch plan.
