Conformance to Statutory Compliance in all audits. Leverage Resource capacity during New Product Launch. Lead in Safety related activities which includes Contract manpower safety, Safety observation Tools and Improve Safety visibility Achieve target of Zero reportable, non reportable and first aid cases. Perform 5S rounds and Safety rounds. Improve employee engagement
