Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Should have hands on experience in Siemens, PLC programming
Should have hands on experience on Allen Bradley platform - software RS Logix 5000, PLC, Drives, Remote input/Output, HMIs
Should have ethernet network knowledge
Should have electrical panel component selection & Cable wiring knowledge, Able trouble shoots panel & Field wiring fault.
Should be familiar with Transmission Assembly/ Transmission Engine Assembly
Have done Torqing, Servo Presses, Conveyor, Gear Box, Vision Camera, Cognix
Should have experience on spare part management
TPM guidelines & methodology like PM/TBM/CBM, Kaizens
Have used Pneumatics, Hydrolics
Maintenance Manpower handling & Documentation.

Experience

2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Maintenance

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing Automotive

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile /Electronics
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile /Electronics
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile /Electronics
