Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Monitoring, data analysis and drive for reduction of Key Performance Indicators ( R/1000,CPU, Aggregate Replacement)  for Engine and After Treatment System.
2.Analysis and Resolution of Field concerns-through systematic problem solving methodology. Monitoring effectiveness of the actions.
3.Working knowledge on Diagnostic tools for analysis of Common Rail System and After Treatment system failures.
4.Co-ordination with internal functions like, SQE,CQA,Manufacturing,MRV, Customer Care for speedy resolution and timely closure of concern.
5.Joint Investigation at dealership or at Supplier location for analysis of field failures
6.Studying design of components and preparing proposals for design robustness to avoid field failures
7.Active Involvement for New Projects and ensure deployment of Lessons Learnt implementation.
8.Preparation of MIS Reports - Dashboard, Power Point Presentation, Cost Impact Approvals and Field Intervention documents for Senior Management Reviews
9.Working knowledge of SAP for Warranty Claims administration.
Keeping records of warranty return parts and releasing report on warranty recovery. 
10.Maintain DWM for the Key Indicators
11.Maintain Confidentiality data, QMS /MQS /TMW (the Mahindra way)/AFS Audit.
