Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure supplier incoming part, Red Green channel part and CTQ (Critical to Quality) part audit as per defined plan to ensure outgoing product quality meets the specified requirements.
Ensure ICA identification, PCA implementation, ICA effectiveness monitoring for supplier defects, in line with respective stake holder of SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering)
Ensure complaints attributed to supplier is evaluated in CFT/ QCRT meeting and confirmed issues are posted at Mahindra ESQA portal and applying Mahindra consequence policy for repeat issues.
Conduct monthly review meeting with SQE team for poor performing supplier and its action monitoring for further improvement.
Inventory Management & Timely disposal of Casting rejection in line with SCM, Inventory Team and stores
Ensure monthly SQA Quality dashboard data reporting, periodical updation & release.
Change Management- FTR Approval (Fitment Verification jointly with CFT)
Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard
