Assistant Manager - SCM Digitization

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and the CPI team to implement digital invoicing solutions.
  • Ensure smooth transition from traditional invoicing methods to digital formats and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Monitor and report on implementation progress and effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in the development and integration of the Transport Management System under project VIHAAN.
  • Coordinate with SCM and VIHAAN team to gather requirements and provide input for system improvements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets project objectives.
  • Create a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI and chatbots into the supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers who provide AI and chatbot solutions.
  • Conduct proof of concept (POC) trials and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of the solutions.
  • Identify the avenues and implement the digital solution for the AD supply chain team.
  • Utilize the Kinaxis platform for efficient supply planning and demand forecasting.
  • Work closely with supply chain planners to optimize processes and enhance platform utilization.
  • Analyze data and provide strategic insights to improve supply chain performance.
