Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and the CPI team to implement digital invoicing solutions.
- Ensure smooth transition from traditional invoicing methods to digital formats and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Monitor and report on implementation progress and effectiveness.
- Actively participate in the development and integration of the Transport Management System under project VIHAAN.
- Coordinate with SCM and VIHAAN team to gather requirements and provide input for system improvements.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality meets project objectives.
- Create a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI and chatbots into the supply chain operations.
- Evaluate potential suppliers who provide AI and chatbot solutions.
- Conduct proof of concept (POC) trials and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the effectiveness of the solutions.
- Identify the avenues and implement the digital solution for the AD supply chain team.
- Utilize the Kinaxis platform for efficient supply planning and demand forecasting.
- Work closely with supply chain planners to optimize processes and enhance platform utilization.
- Analyze data and provide strategic insights to improve supply chain performance.
