Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns & ICA for supplier issues.
2. Supplier actions followup & avoid repeatation through improving analysis and action plan quality.
3. For complex concerns, carry out joint investigations in plant to arrive at root cause.
4. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design for closure of field & internal concerns
5. Speedy & time bound closure of critical assemby line concerns resulting in line & Quality Loss
6. Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM & Quality systems in department.
7.Quality status monitoring and feedback for speed and effectiveness of corrective action taken in subsequent supplies
8.Decision and address / resolve non-conforming material stock available in plant warehouse
Prepare incoming parts audit plan for critical parts
9.Supplier QRE management
10. New projects parts inspection at incoming.
