Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Must be from automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality
Holding Degree/Post graduation in Automobile/Mechanical/Electricals
Hands on experience of automotive processes & troubleshooting.
Understanding of Vehicle Commodities like Trims, Chassis(DAC), Rubber & Glasses, Electricals, Mechanism.
Knowledge/Know-how of vehicle of Automobile parts, their function & problem solving
Handling of Next customer issues (RFI)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
Handling of field concerns- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment.
Knowledge of New product development (NPD) process. Should be able to handle FTR.
Participating in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc.
Managing & strengthening of Buy off checks and EOL inspection.
Carry out process and product audits as per plan and getting colure of audit observations.
Ensure right quality of outgoing vehicles.
Managing shop Quality indicators.
Communicate shop / plant actions on product issues to internal & external customers.
Guide associates in their routine activities
Co-Ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through QC story Approach
