Asst Manager / Dy Manager (PTD - CDMM)

1. Well versed with processes - Forging, Gears, Con-Rod, Crank Shafts, Cam Shafts, Rocker Arm Assemblies, Machined Components, Hardware’s etc.
2. Should be able to identify FTG (Fixture, Tooling & Gauges) requirement for new development
3. Should be able to calculate SBC and finalise technical sign off as per process flow 
4. Should be able to manage and review the development as per time plan and project milestone with Suppliers
5. Collaboration with different teams like SQI, SSU, PCM, SCPC
6. Capable to do Material Management as per Project timeline and Milestones
7. Should be able to calculate Capex as per part requirement
8. Capable to identify current capacities at supplier and Gap in capacity w.r.t plan

1. Knowledge of Forging & Heat Treatment processes.
2. Knowledge of Forging tooling development and basic cost
3. Knowledge on relevant commodity supplier base including their capabilities
4. Knowledge of APQP, VPPAP & Quality systems
5. Good understanding of GD & T
6. Needs to be proficient in drawing evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity.
7. Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components.
8. Knowledge of STA functions to carry PPAP at suppliers end, co-ordination with SQI for VPPAP closure.
9. Project planning, Time management, Execution Skills
10. Knowledge on project management
11. Knowledge of tax structure like GST, VAT
