Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsilities 
1.Development: Lead Auto-sector fasteners development (all projects/EN), meeting TCP Targets
2.  Ensure adherance to quality and development system in line with MQS guidelenes (PPAP/APQP process)
3. Drawing feasibility, CIR, Quote synthesis, 
4. IMCR drive-  exploring multifold growth in cost savings  intiative idea generation till implementation.
5. Standardisation drive for leveraging benefits of business consolidation 
6. Crisis Management- De-risking production by agile response to situations.
7. Capability Building and skills development of team with multi tasking (DE&STA).
8. Capacity assessment and ramp up planning along with SSU
9. STA Competency building
Scope
-    Development of fasteners for timely launch of project
-    Ensure desired quality at optimum cost
Key deliverables
- First time right development - Selection of right vendor and right process
- First time right development - Adherence to PPAP/APQP and Handover process
- Cost saving - As per target

Experience

3 to 5 years
