DEPUTY MGR - TRIMS- CMF (CV CDMM)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsible for Appearance Aapproval for interiors & exterior for all platforms. Quality and design perspective and to drive for continual improvement
• To plan/ prepare CMF design activity for timely delivery of a certain quality
• Co-ordinate with the Design team & STA’s for Appearance Approval activity.
• Co-ordinate with the STA’s & Suppliers for Appearance Approval activity.
• To ensure CMF activity is aligned with M&M MPDS process.
• Drive supplier to comply with M&M CMF requirements across all platforms.
• Co-ordinate with the supplier for concerns related with CMF development with Action Plan.
• Responsible for Innovation, Advance Technology & Benchmarking activity.

Experience

6-8 Years 

Industry Preferred

From Polymer Raw material, Texture, Fabric background

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Design or Specialization in Texture , Polymer , or Fabric .

General Requirements

• Systems Knowledge – Understanding attributes of Colour & Material
• Spectrophotometer, D65 light box, Gloss meter Usage
• Awareness of Latest automotive trends globally.
• Systems such as MPDS, MPPAP, PFMEA/ Control plan
• Project Management
