• Procurement planning from Overseas suppliers.
• Deep understanding of Long-Term planning to meet the Business Plan.
• Handling Parts Claims & resolving disputes.
• Operational Knowledge of SAP
• MIS /Dashboard creation.
• Managing Imports Inventory within the defined Norms.
• Maintaining healthy Cashflow & providing Forex Outlook.
• Zero Air Freight & maintaining Safety Stock of Part.
• Avoid Stock Out Situation.
• Updated & Informed on Global Supply Chain Disruptions & creating risk mitigation plan.
• Understanding & using Buyer Dashboard for day-to-day operations.
• Clear understanding of Engineering Change Management & impact on imported parts planning.
• To ensure Zero Obsolescence due to ECN management.
• Container Planning for short term & long-term requirement.
