Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Managing MKAM orders.
- Handling parts forecasting and coordinating with the sourcing team for parts availability.
- Ensuring customer support for breakdown vehicles.
- Coordinating with the operations team for execution.
- Monitoring parts helpdesk performance.
- Guiding teams for better customer support.
- Providing inputs for non-current parts stocking strategy.
- Coordinating recall activities

Education Qualification
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
