  • Managing MKAM orders.
  • Handling parts forecasting and coordinating with the sourcing team for parts availability.
  • Ensuring customer support for breakdown vehicles.
  • Coordinating with the operations team for execution.
  • Monitoring parts helpdesk performance.
  • Guiding teams for better customer support.
  • Providing inputs for non-current parts stocking strategy.
  • Coordinating recall activities

Education Qualification

  • Diploma /Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
