Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Design and development of Suspension aggregates for small commercial platforms.
2. Deliver Steering and Front axle aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects.
3. Knowledge of overall vehicle (knowledge of chassis, suspension, brakes, axle) will have added advantage.
4. Interact with platform teams and COE teams for issue resolution
5. DFMEA, Design review, DVP generation, analysis using G8D technique
6. Vehicle level and component level DVP requirements
7. Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
8. Root cause analysis and concern resolution.
9. Aware of Homologation and regulatory requirements.
10. Understanding of timeline and project execution.
11. Understanding of DVPs, Vehicle validation plan,
12. Interacts with Platform teams and COE teams for overall system delivery
