Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Responsible for CMF & Painting Cell.
• Responsible for Appearance approval for interiors & exterior for all CV Platforms.
• Drive for continual improvement with Quality and design perspective
• To plan/ prepare CMF & Painting Cell activities for timely project deliverables
• Co-ordinate with the Design team, Project Team & STAs for Appearance Approval activity.
• To ensure CMF activities are aligned with M&M MPDS process.
• Drive supplier related activities for CMF compliance as per M&M CMF requirements across all CV platforms.
• Co-ordinate with the supplier for concerns resolution related with CMF & Painting development.
• Responsible for Innovation, Advance Technology & Benchmarking activity.
Experience
20+ Years
Industry Preferred
From Design, Polymer, Raw material, Texture, Fabric background
Qualifications
Degree in Design or Specialization in Texture, Polymer, or Fabric.
General Requirements
•Design Expertise: Proficiency in color theory and application: Knowledge of materials and their properties. Ability to forecast trends in color and materials.
• Analytical Abilities: Capability to conduct research and analyze data related to CMF. Ability to evaluate the performance and durability of different materials. Skill in problem-solving and innovation in material applications.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Capability to manage and present projects effectively.
• Project Management: Experience in managing CMF projects from conception to completion. Skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
