Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Evaluate FTG technical requirements during RFQ to ensure project alignment.
• Support development of welding fixtures and sheet metal stamping parts for manufacturability.
• Implement and review DFM, DFA, and DAP processes with suppliers to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct and validate GD&T arrangements during DFM and FTG stages.
• Drive APQP processes and ensure timely PPAP/PSW approvals for supplier components.
• Establish and monitor SPC-based quality controls to maintain supplier part consistency.
• Oversee PTR trials for stamping tools, sheet metal, and welding fixtures to ensure production readiness.
• Lead DFM reviews with suppliers and resolve feedback through R&D collaboration.
• Monitor and improve supplier quality and address early failures through EN implementation.
• Ensure closure of supplier corrective actions and track issue resolution.
• Train suppliers to improve quality, productivity, and line balancing.

- Hands-on Experiences on Supplier Handling for welding fixtures line trial, stamping process and Spot-welding process establishment at supplier end.
