Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for daily work allocation & management of Proto vehicle build activties.
Responsible for vehicle build process adherance.
Responsible for build concern reporting & tracking .
Responsible for preparation of Proto PFC, Buyoff sheets , Travel Cards.
Should ensure Vehicle build STATIC & Dynamic quality evaluation 
Responsible for Vehicle repair & retrofitment activities.
Reponsible for build by using instalation drawings , work instructions with technicians. 
Reponsbile for Preventive maintenance / Breakdown maintenance of the shopfloor facilties.
Responsible for Raw material , Tools & Consumables inventory management and procurements.
Responsible for build key deleverables as per MPDS guide lines.
 

Experience

5-8  Years with DME , B.Tech with 3-4 years

Industry Preferred

Automotive manufacturing and R & D
