Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Conduting CFT meetings for Localization projects & P24 Projects
2. De-bottlenecking & advocacy during project execution with all stake holders
3. Business case Preparation for Localization & Globalization Projects with Capex estimation.
4.Maintaining MIS
5.Engagement with suppliers - Domestic & overseas ( for Localization Projects) for feasibility study & development tracking
6. Interacting with stake holders for localization projects implementation & tracking the progress
7. Working out cost impacts for P24 & ZDT projects
8. Monitoring Dept. monthly inventory status & action planning to reduce the same
9. Dept. Monthly Tool kit preparation
10. Capex consolidation with commodities for capacity, de risking projects & get approval from senior management
11. Monitoring P24 projects development tracking & weekly presentation to management.
Experience
7-10 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech Mech, Automobile
General Requirements
| Good knowledge of Tractor Casting, Forging, Tractor Proprietary (e.g. Tyres, wheel rims etc.) , Electrical (e.g. Lamps & wiring harnesses) & Sheet metal parts (skin panels/bracketories) & processes. |
