Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monthly Reconciliation of Material consumption and arrive at the recovery i.e. Over/Under abosorption and deep dive into the reason for variance in Recovery for strengthening the process.
Calculation of Inventory for monthly closing, its analysis & actionable MIS to all the stakeholders.
Understand the complete process and establish a robust system of Inventory control considering the Industry norms.
Model cost rollup, analysis and variance analysis thereof
Product-wise expenses analysis and calcualtion of shop-wise and product-wise conversion cost including analysis and MIS.
Tracking, monitoring and control of any abnormal postings to Cardex.
Understand and deep dive into material and conversion cost of Inter unit transfers
Calculation of product cost- Material Cost & conversion cost
Business Case evaluation for new projects and those relating to synergies with M&M Group
Validation of saving proposals
Understand expectations and requirements of internal and external auditors and based on the same facilitate development and implementation of a robust information management system to cater to all data needs
Work jointly and in collaborative manner with other departments for fixing up the system.
Strengthen Internal control Procedures . compliance and regulation
Strict adherence of SOPs and DOAs and monthly exceptional reporting thereof
