Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead NPD through APQP as CDMM DE for casting and machining parts; ensure development from proto to PPAP as per project requirements
• Develop Gray CI, SG iron, GDC and PDC castings with critical machining; apply knowledge of aluminium alloys, casting processes, surface treatment and painting
• Read and interpret drawings, casting tolerances, die layouts and machining processes; define product and process requirements
• Identify and onboard suppliers; drive RFQs, manufacturing feasibility, technical synthesis and stakeholder sign-off
• Execute commercial comparison, ZBC and FTG planning/execution
• Establish run-at-rate and ensure capacity as per volume projections
• Conduct VAVE for cost reduction; apply PFMEA, control plan, GD&T and problem-solving techniques
