Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To improve ESG performance of plant by coordination, engagement with all stakeholders.
Preparing and executing Sustainability Roadmap for plant in alignment with sector, group objectives.
Sustainability BSC monitoring on monthly basis. Analysing, reviewing trends, and ensuring performance improvement.
Arranging, coordinating statutory audits in areas of ESG.
Create and facilitate awareness programmes in areas of ESG
Reporting on DJSI, BRR, GRI and ensuring 100 percent compliance.
Continuous engagement with M and M SCM, CDMM, SSU, and Customer Care and Branding team and support them for overall sustainability improvement.
Facilitating Supplier, dealer sustainability assessment and action plan for process, results improvement.
Coordinating with Govt bodies for statutory approvals: MPCB: Consent to establish, consent to operate; Hazardous waste permissions, EP 100, EPR compliance
Arranging trainings, awareness programs in areas of sustainability for employees and other stakeholders

Experience

4 to 8 Years experience working in ESG for a manufacturing/auto/production facility

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Environment
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Environment
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Environment
Post Graduation in ESG/Sustainability
