Deputy Manager - ESG

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • To improve ESG performance of plant by coordination, engagement with all stakeholders.
    Preparing and executing Sustainability Roadmap for plant in alignment with sector, group objectives.
  • Sustainability BSC monitoring on monthly basis. Analysing, reviewing trends, and ensuring performance improvement.
  • Arranging, coordinating statutory audits in areas of ESG. 
    Create and facilitate awareness programmes in areas of ESG
  • Reporting on DJSI, BRR, GRI and ensuring 100 percent compliance.
  • Continuous engagement with M and M SCM, CDMM, SSU, and Customer Care and Branding team and support them for overall sustainability improvement.
  • Facilitating Supplier, dealer sustainability assessment and action plan for process, results improvement.
  • Coordinating with Govt bodies for statutory approvals: MPCB: Consent to establish, consent to operate; Hazardous waste permissions, EP 100, EPR compliance
  • Arranging trainings, awareness programs in areas of sustainability for employees and other stakeholders

Experience

4 to 8 Years experience working in ESG for a manufacturing/auto/production facility

Industry Preferred

Automotive 
Manufacturing 

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Environment
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Environment
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Environment
Post Graduation in ESG/Sustainability
