Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Advises managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labour groups.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with government bodies and law enforcing agencies.
  • Liaisoning with government authorities and ensure all compliances
  • Organizing activities of employee connect (activities connecting to the welfare of employees)
  • Ensure smooth manpower coverage both permanent & flexi manpower to meet production requirements
  • Improve inclusion and gender diversity creating sustainable work culture
  • Deal with disciplinary actions by establishing clear policies, documenting incidents, investigating fairly, using progressive discipline, providing support, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting positive behaviour.

Experience

5 - 8 years
