Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Advises managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and departments in the preparation for and participation in negotiation with employee and labour groups.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with government bodies and law enforcing agencies.
- Liaisoning with government authorities and ensure all compliances
- Organizing activities of employee connect (activities connecting to the welfare of employees)
- Ensure smooth manpower coverage both permanent & flexi manpower to meet production requirements
- Improve inclusion and gender diversity creating sustainable work culture
- Deal with disciplinary actions by establishing clear policies, documenting incidents, investigating fairly, using progressive discipline, providing support, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting positive behaviour.
