Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Hands on experience on planning of new Engine  assly lines
2) Well conversant with  assly process of Engine
3) Knowledge of Engine rework strategy & facility planning
4) Knowledge of IPV's, torque tools, Pokayoke
5) Knowledge on  line balancing
6) Preparation of RFQ, scope of supply, technical finalisation new assly line
7) Hands on experience of assly tool & fixture design
8) Knowledge of APQP / DCP documentation
9) Hands on experience on AutoCAD, 3D Modelling, MS office, SAP
10) Exposure kit planning at assly area
11) Basic knowledge of electronic controls & Integration

Education Qualification

General Experience

DME - 7-8 Years / BE - Mechanical or Automobile -4-5 years

Critical Experience

Working the Engine projects of similar technology will be given preference
