Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Oversee and manage the development of hydraulic parts e.g. Sheet Metal components, Hoses, Machined components ensuring alignment with Mahindra's Development system and timeline standards.
• Lead product improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, and alternate sourcing activities.
• Address field complaints and implement capacity enhancement solutions for hydraulics components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
