2) Layout & Material Flow optimization with simulation - JIT / FIFO flow planning 
3) Equipment layout finalization & execution.
4) Process automation concept development, approval & implementation.
5) Material Handling & storage Equipment planning- Benchmarking & Proposals with Strategy planning 
6) Stores / Ware house planning & execution - Dock calculations , truck flow 
7) Lean manufacturing - Buffer calculations , flow mapping , Flow of Shop floor offices & layout ,  
8 ) Ergonomics.- Visual Management , Area wise Ergonomy study , 
9) APQP & PPAP (PFC,PFMEA,DFMEA,MFMEA,DAP CFT participation)
10) Proficient in Work measurement techniques (MOST), manpower and other resource planning , VA / NVA Calculations , Density planning , 
11) Able to do Basic Tool Simulation using Catia V 5 & other tools 
12) Process Flow Definition for Line / Stores - Modularity definition 
13) Innovation led transformation
14 )  Collaborative working in CFT with problem solving attitude.
15 ) Calculation of Parameters for the Product / Shop - No of vehicles / person / year , Repair time & repair area calculations , benchmarking 
16 ) Check sheets preparation for all of the above along with Manufacturing Strategy preparation for the Shop / Product.

General Experience

2 - 8 years

Critical Experience

1) Hands on experience on AutoCAD/UG, MS office, MOST & SAP., 3d Experience , Delmia , Catia V 5 
2) MS Office, Excel, Presentation skills
3) Ergonomic formats & guide lines
4) Knowledge of DISH requirements wrt logistics layout & experience of the same
