Deputy Manager - Maintenance TCF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis,
2.Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes.
3. Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
4. Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
5. Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements.
6. P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses.
7. P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines.
8. P.M. And Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts.
9. Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares.
10. Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
