Deputy Manager - OT Network Analyst

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
➢ Design OT device specific network infrastructure & system requirements and make appropriate adjustments to ensure business objectives are met
➢ Application performance improvement, analysis, and network security.
➢ Experience / Exposure in setting up Manufacturing lines / plants, ability to interface with various controls system and understanding of IT applications
➢ ISA95, S88 and IEC 62443 cyber security standard implementation for OT network
➢ Implementation of Multi-layered security approach that establishes multiple fronts of defense in Mfg shop network
➢ Implementation of MODBUS serial and TCP/IP, ProfiNet, ProfiBus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, CCLink (RS232/RS485)
➢ Configuration and Installation of various network devices like (Stratix, Scalance, Cisco etc switches)
➢ Conduct network system audits to determine the efficiency of hardware and communication components and make recommendations to upgrade them as required to meet business needs,
➢ Improvement in data efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, network equipment layout
➢ Implementation of control networks for various Mfg OEM like Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi etc
➢ Uptime dashboard and RCA analysis creation.
➢ Provide 2nd/3rd level network hardware/software support to Mfg applications
➢ Perform production operation support including log review, backup/recovery procedures and periodic maintenance
➢ Ensure stability, availability and performance of the entire IT infrastructure

Qualifications
➢ BE / B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Computer Science with 5-10 years of experience in implementing OT Networks
