Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Daily Analysis of Field Failures & Monitoring of the same Conduct Process Audit & ensure process is running as per Defined Plan

1. Hands on experience with Li-Ion Battery Pack repair,
2. Diagnosis of fault finding in Battery box,
3. Fault analysis in field failure battery box
4. Battery pack diagnosis with CAN and log reading for defect finding
5. Log study and interpretation of signals
6. Use of INKA, CANOE TI tool,
7. INKA is added advantage
8. Knowledge of Li-Ion cell (GNMC and LFP)
9. Cell shorting and grouping
10. Knowledge of Motor Diagnosis & Failure abalysis on Vehicle

B.E -Electronics/ Electrical /Mechanical
