Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Responsible for Field/internal Customer Quality of Aggregate & Driveline.
  2. Handling field/warranty complaints, one of field concern, early mileage failure & PDI Concern.
  3. Field failure parts tracking & analysis in coordination with Product stakeholders for RCA & actions, effective interaction with internal customers/dealers
  4. Warranty data analysis, monitoring & initiate proactive actions for complaint reduction.
  5. Handly independently critical field issues & closure.
  6. Ensure timely closure of field failures with structured problem solving approach (QC story/G8D).
  7. Conduct Product & Process Audits of Assembly & Machine shop.
  8. Responsible for all field concerns related CTQ audit, vehicle plant audits & Dock Audit of RFD aggregates.
  9. Supplier visits for failure parts Root cause analysis & verify the controls.
  10. Effective monitoring/tracking & interpretation of MIS / reports
  11. Conduct product audits (Global Demerit Audit of Aggregates as per plan for existing & upcoming launch model with ensuring on time NC closure, Outgoing Quality audit of RFD products/gears).
  12. Frequent visits on Dealerships for critical issues diagnostic & Trouble shooting.
  13. Co-ordinate Product Deviation & closure tracking.
  14. Prepare presentation for Repair Orders, MIS & Tracking sheet for Senior Management review.
  15. Attend ECN changes meeting & validate the effectiveness in GD audit.
  16. Actively involve in New projects & ensure all open clearance in each phase.
  17. Regular dealer connect for customer requirements understanding & closure
