Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

* Electrical & electronics – Product/Part Development Engineer
* Electrical Proprietary EV battery, Motors and Wiring Harness. 
* Expertise in E&E with Knowledge of mechanical Or Expertise in Mechanical with Very good Know on Electrical Domain .
• Development of parts as per the APQP methodology.
* Budget preparation for Part and Project
* Project management , project tracking and execution capabilities . 
* Knowledge on Commercials required for various manufacturing processes. 
* Knowledge on proto development processes with commercial acumen . 
*Tooling cost esimates for proto s and final toolings .
* Knowledge of DVP require for systems & System Validation cycle
• Process finalization (Proto & Serial production) with supplier to meet project deliverables 
* Facilities, Tools and Gauges at Supplier to meet drawing requirements .
*  Capacity assessment and analysis for various process 
* Conduction Cycle time study and R@R demonstration to meet Capacity requirements
• Conducting assessment for New supplier and existing Suppliers for Risk evaluation, Gap Audit, System and Process sustainance
* Process Estimation for pricing of New parts  
* Commercial synthesis to support Vendor selection
• VA/ VE proposals to reduce the cost of existing parts. 
•  Supplier upgradation through technical assistance to supplier including training, counselling, guiding etc.
• Preparation of MIS and DWM to report Management 
• Adherence to QMS and Mahindra Development guidelines

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech Electrical and Electronics engineering; MS/MTech is added advantage
