Responsibilities & Key Deliverables	Exposure to Aluminium PDC,GDC and LPDC development, Minimal exposure to Marking, testing for Physical and chemical properties, factors affecting the casting qualities , exposure to Non destructive testing , Pattern and awareness to PDC tooling is desirable.NDT certification would be added advantage. Exposure to Machining – conventional, CNC lathes, VMC and HMC. Knowledge on PDC,LPDC,GDC Processes Exposure to HPDC,LPDC,GDC process simulation is must Knowledge on HPDC,LPDC,GDC tool design Exposure to basic quality tools and APQP, PPAP is a must. Commercial acumen is desirable. Should be able to understand GD & T and interpret the feasibility of manufacturing of parts. Exposure to TS/IS 16949 may be of added advantage. Should be open to travel and willing to relocate. Back ground desirable – Auto OEM’s or from Tier -1 Ancillary mainly of vertically integrated Foundry / Al and SGI with sophisticated machine shops producing Clutch housings and critical Aluminium parts. Adequate Knowledge in PFD,FMEA,CP Ability to interact with commodity team,plant team and supplier for component development Ability to resolve casting quality and process related concerns Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team Time Management for self & CFT for on time delivery of the project













Experience (years)	5 to 7 years


Industry Preferred	Automotive, Dsign and development in casting componets, maching building

Qualification	DME (4-6 YEARS)BE - (3-4 YEARS)( Mechanical/Automobile/Metallurgy )
Competencies	Ablity to plan activity and do the work to align the project timeline flexciblity to adapt the new work and accept the changes think alternativly to address to concern intract with internal teams and suppliers for componet
