Deputy Manager - Process Engineering

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Model and Simulate Electrical Components in Simulink.
• Body assembly Manufacturing feasibility study and feed back to R&D.
• Simultaneous Engineering of Projects as per the new products.
• BIW process planning. Layout preparation and finalization.
• Body shop tools and Equipment planning. Techno/Commercial Comparisons amongst different Suppliers.
• Fixture design concept layout finalization and Approvals, fixture tryouts and trouble shooting.
• Feasibility study of BIW shop equipment like (Guns, Robots) configuration finalization, Planning, Installation and try out trouble shooting

Experience

3 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Assembly, Production

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing, Auomobiles 

Qualifications

Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E 
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
