Deputy Manager - Service network

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.
Network creation: Coordinating with field team and validating the document following company standard and processing the secondary network for issuing LOI.
2.
Network management: Must plan along with other team members to assess the dealer and travel PAN India for assessing the dealer . Coordinate with field Providing support to create code and maintaining the address and GST on system. Execution of dealer assessment as per the time line for all network. Maintaining labour rate through system. Creating new standard/ format as per business demand with appropriate logic based on data.
3.
Data management: Be a data analyst to provide insight based on available data from different sources .
Maintaining annual plan, quarterly plan and its execution status.
Finalising the important action plans based on different data like assessment, no of Ros, TIV, profitability.
Maintaining & execution of latest agreement for all setup and its changes as per business requirement and legal team advice.
4.
Network closure: Guiding new team for process of closure, closing of new setup by coordinating with field, GST, finance team & internal service team and providing final closure.

Education Qualification

Education: Graduate Engineer in any engineering/ Engg.+MBA from reputed institute

General Experience

- Experience: 1-6 years of experience preferably in automotive industry
