3 - 6 years of relevant Work Experience in Manufacturing Production Line, Assembly, Aggregates
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manage and supervise Transaxle Assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality, and safety requirements.
- Handle End of Line (EOL) testing activities including leak test, noise test, functional test, and performance validation.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and quality standards.
- Monitor assembly line performance and take corrective actions for downtime, rejection, and productivity losses.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Analyse defects and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem-solving tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Ensure manpower planning, skill development, and discipline on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports, EOL data, rejection trends, and process documentation.
- Support new model trials, line balancing, and process validation activities.
- Ensure “Daily work Management"
- Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN.
- Ensuring system adherence under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018.
