Experience

3 - 6 years of relevant Work Experience in Manufacturing Production Line, Assembly, Aggregates

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Manage and supervise Transaxle Assembly operations to achieve production targets, quality, and safety requirements.
Handle End of Line (EOL) testing activities including leak test, noise test, functional test, and performance validation.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and quality standards.
Monitor assembly line performance and take corrective actions for downtime, rejection, and productivity losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Production Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Analyse defects and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions using problem-solving tools.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Ensure manpower planning, skill development, and discipline on the shop floor.
Maintain production reports, EOL data, rejection trends, and process documentation.
Support new model trials, line balancing, and process validation activities.
Ensure “Daily work Management"
Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN.
Ensuring system adherence under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018.
