Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Development of electronics parts like Cameras , ultrasonic parking sensors, Surround View System & Parking ECU.
2)Evaluate the technical feasibility & manufacturing capability for new product stated in RFQ/SOR/SOW.
3) Collaborate with COE /CAD designers to determine the viability of product subsystems ( How./Sw.& Mechanical) & interface components.
4) Monitor & track tooling timelines & progress , ensuring adherence to project schedules.
5) Responsible for providing support to supplier partners to define part manufacturing processes & its evaluation for meeting cycle time.
6) Identify & resolve technical issue during the development process.
7) Coordinate and manage DV/PV testing to meet DVP&R standards
8) Conduct regular APQP for new product & ensure compliance.
9) Coordinate with supplier partners for documentation & submission of PPAP  
10) Monitor & control 4M change management.
11) Coordinate & participate with COE , supplier partners & production team for part level calibration & EOL set-up activities.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics /Electronics & Communications/Electrical & Electronics

General Requirements

1) Strong understanding of APQP,PPAP & other quality management systems.
2) Self-motivated to deliver results with minimal supervision.
3)Communicate effectively ( verbal & Written) to internal customers & supplier partners.
4) Organized with good planning ,time management & follow-up skills,
5) Familiarity of injection molding ,casting , extrusion & polymer selection as per application. 
6) Familiarity of S/w development process & its implementation
