Deputy Manager/Manager - Costing [Chakan]

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Expert in the area of Product / Standard Costing system
2. Reconciliation of Material contribution
3. Model cost rollup, analysis and variance analysis 
4. Conversion Cost working through system, routing, SKF maintainence and settlement of expenses.
5. New Product costing and profitability estimation
6.Monthly Closing as per deadlines and identifying exceptional items in material and expenses, by way of proper analysis.
7.Appraisal of new Projects , Make or Buy decisions, and various benchmarking scenario's
8.Periodic MIS to leadership team
9. Preparation of Cost Sheets and independently able to handle cost audit.
10.Inventory monitoring and analysis.
11. Inventory Control and PPT to management

Experience

4-5 YEARS [CMA Qualified]
