Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Planning & Procurement of Parts as per requirement from MAgNA, for running & production & new projects 
Collecting parts pricing details from Sourcing team / spares team
Release of Purchase Orders
MRP run for parts required at MAgNA
Update part readiness and shipment plan with ETD & ETA in MAgNA 
On time closure of open orders & escalation if required 
Tracking FFR (First Feel Rate) for parts against demand
Track change management for serviceable parts, to avoid Obsolescence at MAgNA.
Tracking of GRs clearance
Part Claim settlement for wrong / short & transit damage parts during supplies.
Prepare Part MIS reports for management review
