Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
1.Resolution of Customer complaints in Brakes, Steering . wheels & front Axle aggregates by follwing the QC Story or Six sigma Problem solving methodlogy
2. Warranty failure reduction ( IPTV/FPV/RPT) of respective parts
3. Warranty cost reduction (CPU- cost per Unit)
4. Field visits & Joint analysis at field along with customer care & supplier for issue resolution.
5.Generate MIS Dashboard on Part Receipts in SAP for Parts Turn around time, Vendor Recovery & Scrap recovery.
6.Coordinate with Suppliers for failure analysis and generate reports.
7.Weekly meeting with Customer Care for “ Return to Service parts” & Issues in WPAC operation
8. Issue resolution by discussion with Engg & SSU/ SQE and ownership of corrective action implementation

12 - 18 Years- - Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engg.
